After my normal plumbing company decided their 24-hour emergency service didn't have anybody for a couple days to help me with a flooded basement, I called Connelly Plumbing Solutions after I saw a positive review from another person in my community. I spoke to Bill, and within a few hours, he had a technician out to the house telling me exactly what my problem was. He resolved the issue. Of course, I think I may have done something that required them to come back out. Of course, Bill had one of his guys come out who was super friendly, helpful, and got me up and running again with no charge. You can tell Bill has high standards for his company and his employees, which I appreciate, as it seems like many service-based companies don't care about the service part of their job. It's refreshing to see the balance of amazing customer service with excellent skills, and I certainly will be contacting them again should I have any more plumbing issues.

Adam and Dalton did a great job replacing my old kitchen sink along with a locked up garbage disposal. Quick estimate, quick turn around, and Adam came up with solutions for the bumps in the road we hit during install. Great job, very happy. Connelly came and replaced my exterior spigot including the pipe that goes through to the basement. Access on both interior and exterior sides is easy and unobstructed. Service and the explanation of the issues was excellent and for that alone I would recommend Connelly. I will think twice before using them myself since the cost was unexpectedly high. The $477 they charged was 30 to 50% higher than anticipated. The parts are available from Home Depot for under $60. The work took less than 30 minutes. Connelly says they charge $89 for a service call. So what justifies the addition $200 plus cost?
